How long have you been interested in Slayers?
I first discovered Slayers in either late 1997 or early 1998 at a local video rental store. I was interested in anime at the time (primarily Sailormoon) and when I caught glimpse of a few VHS tapes featuring Lina on the cover, I couldn't resist picking it up. I instantly fell in love with the series. ^_^

When was this site created?
This site was created some time in 1998, after my obsession started getting out of hand... XD

Why Zelgadiss?
Zelgadiss was my favourite character at the time; I liked him for his enigmatic nature that was new to me up until that point. He was just plain cool and I wanted to show my support for him by creating a web site dedicated to his character.

Is Zelgadiss a mazoku?
No, Zelgadiss is in no way mazoku or part-mazoku. He is one-third human, one-third golem and one-third brau demon. Read more about it here.

Is Rezo Zelgadiss' grandfather and great-grandfather?
No. For the longest time, due to a translation error in the anime, English-speaking fans were lead to believe that Rezo was Zelgadiss' grandfather and great-grandfather. This is not the case, as Zelgadiss was expressing his uncertainty as to whether or not Rezo was his grandfather or great-grandfather. Kanzaka Hajime clarified in an interview that Rezo was simply Zelgadiss' great-grandfather.

You're spelling Zelgadis' name wrong!
The official, Japanese spelling is "Zelgadiss Greywords." You can see this on numerous pieces of merchandise as well as on his character profile at the official Slayers TV site.

Can I use your graphics and content for my own site?
No, you certainly may not! Wallpapers and icons may be used for personal use and with credit where applicable. Images found in the gallery may be taken since they were found at public galleries (although I have edited most of them for size and colour). Written content and all other graphics are completely off-limits for use anywhere else. Plagiarism is bad.

Can you make me graphics or content for my own site?
Unfortunately, no, I can't. I don't have a lot of time these days due to work; I barely have enough time to update my own sites as it is. Thank you for your consideration though. ^_^

Why don't you add more images?
Please, what you see is what you get. There really aren't a whole lot of images that I can add to the gallery at this point, since there hasn't been any new material featuring Zelgadiss. If I do find something that isn't in the gallery already, I will add it, provided that it's of high quality.

Where do you get your content from?
All of the written content on this site comes from reading the novels, watching the anime and reading the manga. For some extra details that I can't get my hands on directly, I'll reference various sites online but all of my information is written by hand with my own knowledge.
